Cathy Niezen has trained and coached community leaders for over 25 years. Her passion is to support individuals so they can discover their truest values. Through the example of her own family of educators and coaches Cathy found her path in coaching. In graduate school Cathy realized there is an untapped field of knowledge outside of formal education. This is when Cathy decided to take the route of being a mentee, she learned from individuals she admired the most. In her practice she uses a casual but systematic methodology.
She has trained over one thousand facilitators to become better communicators, created and co-created curriculums with her clients and facilitated the structuring of educational and personal development platforms. She loves to work with individuals ready to fully blossom in their life purpose or Dharma. In her free time she dances, plays board games and creates mind maps.
